The Basic Life Support (BLS) course is a video-based, instructor-led course that teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support. This course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies with adults, children and infants, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilation and provide early and effective use of an AED.
Class duration is approximately 3-4 hours.
Upon successful completion of the class, a two-year AHA certification card is provided.

Southwest CPR reserves the right to cancel any scheduled training class with 48 hours notification. Students enrolled in a class canceled by Southwest CPR may, at their option, either enroll into another class or receive a full refund.
