Certified by the American Heart Association (AHA) or Health and Safety Institute (HSI, formerly ASHI).
Both AHA and HSI offer blended alternatives to traditional classroom-style training. This blended training uses a variety of eLearning assets such as dramatizations, eSimulations, animations, self-directed learning, and interactive activities to teach students CPR or First Aid knowledge and skills. This online training replaces the traditional classroom learning portion of the course. After completing the online portion, students attend this hands-on skills session at Southwest CPR. This session focuses on meaningful skills practice and testing.
You must bring your certificate of completion to the skills session and then pass the in-person skills testing in order to receive your certification card. The assessment takes about one hour, depending on your skill level.

Southwest CPR reserves the right to cancel any scheduled training class with 48 hours notification. Students enrolled in a class canceled by Southwest CPR may, at their option, either enroll into another class or receive a full refund.
No refunds for any other reason. Students may reschedule with 24 hours notice. Within 24 hours, a $20 rescheduling fee applies.
